Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints transform film and digital-based photographs into museum-quality objects that can be collected, and if framed, viewed on the walls that you pass by every day.

If they are not framed they provide an important tactile experience that retain the photographer’s vision that withstands time. At STEVE DREYER PHOTOGRAPHY we ensure the value and longevity of our prints with archival materials, precise black and white or color fidelity, and meticulous finishing to produce prints that present the images with clarity, depth, and subtlety.

Collectibilty and Limited Editions

Our limited edition prints are made to a fixed quantity and are signed and numbered by the artist. They are made to certain sizes and formats. Prints will not be made after the limited edition quantity has sold out. This is our commitment that ensures collectibility and value in the future. Note that prices may increase slightly as the edition is sold.

Note that our prints are offered without mats or frames to allow for your aesthetic choices if framing.

Standard limited edition sizes:

  • 22×31 inches (Edition of 7)

  • 18×27 inches (Edition of 20)

  • 12×18 inches (Edition of 25)

Let us know if a different size is desired.

Open Editions and Folios

“Open Edition” prints are also available in various sizes to suit needs.

Print folios include 8.5×11 inch loose prints.

About Our Prints

We use professional archival papers and inks that suit the style and image characteristics in our collections..

  • Archival pigment prints on Hahnemúhle Fine Art Rag White Paper is our standard for most of our limited edition prints.

  • In some cases (eg. the “Urbanscapes” series) we use textured fine art paper from Epson to complement the textured style of those images.

  • Some black and white images are printed on darkroom papers (typically by Ilford)..

  • Limited Edition prints are signed and numbered.

  • We provide a Certificate of Authenticity for Limited Edition prints.

All prints (Limited and Open Editions) are meticulously created in the artist’s studio or by well-regarded local and international print labs as appropriate..

Folios are generally shipped within a few days to a week after purchase. Larger prints may take a bit longer.

Note that we can assist in having prints framed and shipped by galleries that represent much of our work.
